Property enquiries and availability
An enquiry, layout selection, reference number or visit request is an acknowledgement of your request only. It does not reserve or allocate a flat, create a booking, confirm a price or establish an agreement for sale. We do not collect booking payments through this website. A purchase, allotment, cancellation or refund is governed by the applicable law and the written documents executed for that transaction.
Availability totals are updated by the team and can change as enquiries progress. Where holds are managed across a shared pool, the total on hold is not an allocation to particular flat numbers. You may express a preference for any displayed layout; the team must confirm the specific home, current availability, price, parking arrangement and terms in writing. Do not treat a website status as a completed transaction.
