Who is responsible for your information

Navrantana Construction LLP operates this website for information about its business, Vijaya Residency and published business opportunities. This policy applies to information collected through navrantana.com and navrantanaconstruction.com, including their website forms. It does not replace a separate privacy notice or agreement given to you during an actual property purchase or supplier engagement.

For privacy questions or requests, email enquiry@navrantana.com with the subject “Privacy request”, call +91 94357 46557, or write to Navrantana Construction LLP, Betkuchi Ahomgaon, Shahi Path, near Balaji Mandir, Guwahati - 35, Assam, India. This is also the contact for privacy complaints and corrections.

Information you choose to provide

An enquiry collects your name, email address, phone number, message and consent. A site-visit request also includes your preferred date. Where you select a project, layout or flat, we keep that preference with the enquiry. A supplier or tender application may include your company name, the opportunity selected and information you provide about your work. Internal follow-up notes and the progress of your request may be recorded by authorised staff.

Please send only information relevant to your request. Do not enter Aadhaar or PAN numbers, bank details, card information, passwords, medical information or other sensitive documents in the public forms. We do not accept payments through this website. Any documents needed for a subsequent transaction will be requested through an appropriate separate process.

Technical information and essential storage

Our hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request times and error logs to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry service uses a keyed representation of the connection address for abuse controls rather than adding the raw IP address to the enquiry record. Administrator sign-in uses the authentication and session mechanisms of the content-management service.

The website may remember language or interface choices in your browser. The current public website does not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. A Google map is loaded only when you choose to open the embedded map; that action connects to Google and is subject to Google's privacy and cookie practices. External links and services operate under their own policies. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Why we use the information

We use your information to answer your specific questions, share requested project or quotation details, arrange and follow up a visit, assess a supplier application, maintain communication records, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to an unrelated promotional mailing list. Separate promotional communication, if offered, requires its own appropriate permission.

By using the form's consent control, you ask us to use the information for the request described. You may withdraw that permission or ask us to stop optional follow-up by contacting us. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out, and some records may need to be kept where a legal obligation or legitimate dispute requires it.

Who can receive the information

Access is limited to authorised people who handle enquiries, visits, procurement or website administration, and service providers supporting those functions. Our current services include Vercel for hosting and Sanity for content management and private submission storage. Email service providers may process notifications when that delivery service is enabled. We do not sell enquiry lists or make submissions part of the public website content.

Service providers may process data outside India according to their service arrangements and applicable transfer requirements. Where another adviser or supplier needs your information for a transaction, we share only what is relevant and use an appropriate permission or legal basis. We may disclose information where legally required, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect legal rights.

Retention and security

We retain enquiries and supplier records for as long as reasonably necessary for the request, resulting business relationship, legal requirements and dispute handling. Records should be reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Technical logs and backup copies may follow separate provider retention cycles. You can ask us about the information held for your request and request deletion, subject to records we must lawfully retain.

We use HTTPS, authenticated administrator access and private submission storage, and limit access according to operational needs. No online service can promise absolute security. If you suspect that information has been misused, contact us promptly using the details above. We will assess the issue and take steps and provide notices required by applicable law.

Your choices and requests

You can ask for access to information you provided, correction of inaccurate details, deletion where appropriate, withdrawal of optional consent, or a response to a privacy complaint. We may need reasonable information to confirm your identity before acting; do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a suitable channel. We will respond in line with applicable requirements. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under Indian law as they apply and come into force.

The enquiry service is intended for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information inappropriately, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. You can also use the contact page to reach us about this policy.
