This website brings together information about Navrantana Construction LLP and Vijaya Residency in Betkuchi, Guwahati. It supports enquiries and comparison of home layouts. Before purchasing, obtain the current sanctioned plans, applicable approvals and registration particulars, flat-specific area statement, specifications, price and payment schedule from the team. No unverified registration number, completion certificate or possession date is represented by this notice.
Construction status, images and furnishings
Vijaya Residency is under construction. Project imagery, design views and styled interiors illustrate architecture, finishes or ways a space may be used. Furniture, decoration, appliances, landscaping and surroundings shown in a view are not included in a sale unless the relevant written specification says so. Compare the approved plans, agreed scope and actual site condition for the home you are considering. The brochure and website do not replace those documents.
Layouts and area measurements
The website's Type A, B and C drawings and area comparisons use the supplied project brochure. Each area label has its own meaning. Balcony, external wall, built-up and super built-up figures must not be described as carpet area. Drawings shown on a screen should not be used to take construction measurements. Confirm dimensions, floor position, orientation, balcony arrangement, common areas and any permissible changes using the relevant approved documents.
Availability, holds and pricing
The availability viewer reports the current project totals. Holds are managed across the project rather than assigned publicly to named flats, so you can enquire about your preferred layout. Counts can change and do not guarantee a particular flat remains available. A hold is not the same as a completed sale. Ask the team to confirm the selected home and terms in writing.
No property is booked by submitting a form. A written quotation should identify the flat, applicable area basis, inclusions, exclusions, parking arrangements, taxes, statutory charges and any other costs. Do not infer a sales price from a loan-calculator example. Payment and cancellation conditions belong in the relevant transaction documents and must comply with applicable law.
